Billing

Pay for what you use. Your billing will be done on the basis of your subscription plan. Atatus offers services in browser, APM and infrastructure monitoring and the pricing for each service varies.

Follow the below mentioned steps to find detailed information on your current subscription plan, billing and available product integrations. Go to Settings » Billing & Invoices » Subscription Details. You will be shown Browser Subscription, Application Subscription and Infrastructure Subscription usage information. You can choose the subscription plan based on the service you wish to use. You can even change and cancel your subscriptions anytime.

Invoice

As an Atatus user, you will be sent an invoice and receipt based on the contact information. You can print out your invoices and receipts from the Billing information page.

Usage

The usage page, will display information about the number of pages you have viewed in browser monitoring, and active APM and infrastructure hosts and servers. You can choose your subscription plans based on this information.
