If you are a part of multiple projects with team members associated with different projects in your organization, then sub-accounts option is for you. Instead of creating individual accounts for the team members, you can create sub-accounts for them. The advantage of doing so, will help you organize the various project teams on the basis of the sub-accounts. For instance, a team member from Project A will only have access to view Project A details and not other projects. Also as the main account holder, you will not be billed for the sub-accounts. The whole set up is like a master - slave hierarchy.

Sub-account creation

  1. Login to the Atatus dashboard as the account owner.
  2. Go to Settings » Account Settings and click on Sub Accounts tab.
  3. Now click on the Add Sub-Account button.
  4. Provide the Sub-Account Name in the text field and click on the Create button.

Your sub-account is now created and displayed in a table view. You can now invite your team members to start collaborating.
