To ensure compliance, Atatus does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). Only performance and monitoring metrics are stored.

This means:

  • Metrics focus exclusively on application performance, infrastructure health, and user interactions in aggregate.

Why Retention Matters

After Data Expiry

When your retention period ends:

  • The data is automatically purged from Atatus' active systems.
  • Deleted data cannot be restored.
  • New data continues to be collected and stored according to your plan's retention policy.
