Atatus accounts are easy to organize and manage. Setting up an account is real quick and simple.

User

User is an individual person who log into Atatus. A user can be a part of multiple accounts but their roles and access rights might vary.

Account

Atatus accounts are meant for organizations. Each organization can have one primary(main) account with multiple sub-accounts. Both primary and sub-accounts can have multiple users. The primary account users will have access to sub-accounts but not vice versa.

Sub-Account

Sub-accounts are ideally meant for teams. You can create sub-accounts for different projects or clients. The users will have sub-account access only to the projects that they are a part of.

Projects

To monitor any application, the Atatus user has to first create a project. An account can have multiple projects and the users of an account will have access to all projects but, only the owner and admin have the right to update, transfer or delete the projects.
