Integrate Asana with Atatus

Asana is a work management tool to create, organize, track the progress of your project and complete deadlines.

Setup

  1. Go to project Settings » Ticketing Integrations » Asana in Atatus. asana
  2. Copy the Personal Access Token from Asana Account Apps page and paste it into the Personal Access Token text box.
  3. Find the Workspace ID from Asana Workspace API page and paste it into the Workspace Id text box.
  4. Open your project in Asana. From your project URL, copy the last part of the URL and paste it into the Project Id text box. Example, https://app.asana.com/0/20285348995499/20285348995499 where 20285348995499 is the Project ID.
  5. Click on the Save button when you’re done.
Asana is now successfully integrated with Atatus.

How to Use

  1. After you set up the integration, you’ll notice an Asana button below the error message in the Error page. This will allow you to create a new task for the error, or link with an existing one. Create Asana Task
  2. Once the task is created or linked, you will see the link in the drop down menu. To go to the task in Asana simply click on the created link. View Asana Task
