Integrate BigPanda with Atatus

BigPanda is an autonomous operations platform for automated IT incident management. Your team can now track, analyze and resolve IT related incidents easily and quickly.

Setup

  1. Go to project Settings » Error Notifications » BigPanda in Atatus. Bigpanda
  2. Create New Rest API Integration in BigPanda and generate APP Key.
  3. Copy-paste the APP Key from integration page in BigPanda into the APP Key text box.
  4. In the new REST API integration, you will see the token in Authorization header as “Authorization: Bearer Token”.
  5. Copy and paste the REST API Key into the BigPanda Token text box.
  6. Click on the Save button when you’re done.
BigPanda is now successfully integrated with Atatus.
